Latest exhibition (May 2024)at the outpost
Latest photographic series that was part of my last exhibition. I entered on of into a local art prize and then I will have them on my website for sale.
Latest work/ costume and shoot from trip. Not properly edited yet but they feel like they could become the characters for the card deck. If will have enough for an exhibition with these prints and the new ceramic pieces. I could make the body of work and approach galleries with it? or my cousin had an exhibition at a gallery in Sydney and you pay for the week but its a huge space in a great spot and they don’t take a commission. I could book it in for October next year…?
Ceramic pieces - The two threads are rock forms and the disc shapes. Smaller tiles are all the glaze development samples from the property, I really love them as artworks in their own right. Like talismans that capture the energy of a place. I have all new clays to test and some of glazes are looking really good too. I like the idea of making wall hangings that imitate a painting some round and moving into square ones that are framed in timber.
