I acknowledge the Widjabul Wia-bal and Moorang-Moobar Peoples of the Bundjalung Nation as the traditional custodians of the land which I call home. I pay respect to the Elders past present and emerging for their unceded/unbroken connection to country, cultural practice and custodianship over the land, sea and community. I know that the sacred heart of this land is the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal Land.
